Guided tour of the current temporary exhibition and the permanent exhibition, led by a professional guide.

At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the Bergès family decided to build, at the foot of their paper mills, a family residence in their own image: modern and eclectic. The "new house" interacts with an equally elaborate garden at the foot of the Belledonne massif. The landscapes are staged, with Italian terraces with flowerbeds, lush green English lawns and paths that are pleasant to stroll along. Water, so important in Aristide Bergès' industrial epic, is very present. Around 1900, the Lancey estate was thus part of the botanical effervescence of the Belle Epoque.

The exhibition can be discovered in the rooms of the Maison Bergès as well as in its garden.
