This trail lets you discover the heritage of Pontcharra while doing some exercise. At each marker, using the street furniture, do the exercise shown. A colour code tells you the number of repetitions according to your current fitness.

The Town of Pontcharra, in partnership with the Département de l'Isère and with the support of the Ligue Auvergne Rhône Alpes d'athlétisme, offers you this waymarked, connected physical activity trail, accessible to everyone independently
