Symposium "I work, therefore I am" - Tuesday 15 November - Crolles
The Association Solid'Action and the Réseau Cocagne are organising a day of exchanges and reflection on the evolution of work and the place of the most excluded people.
The day will begin with two round tables setting out the issues of the debate. They will open onto a general reflection on a society without employment and on the place of the most excluded in this new world of work (drawing in particular on the PHARE employment study carried out by the Observatoire des partenariats). Then RAMEAU will lead a discussion on the experiments conducted by associations and companies that take in people facing great difficulties.
In the afternoon, four workshops will take place, allowing various themes to be explored in more depth:
. Partnerships with the business world: Why set up these partnerships and how to do it?
. Social support: Which public should we act for in particular? With what activity? With what method?
. Innovative experiments: associations innovate, experiment and share their experiences. It is necessary to experiment for the most excluded people. How to do it well? What solutions are possible?
. A lively workshop shaped by participants' expectations
It is necessary to experiment for the most excluded people and to seek to integrate them into a changing world of work. The aim of this day will therefore be to draw conclusions from the experiences of those working in Integration and to think about new innovations.
